Dear Soldiers,

When the world talks about arrogant Americans, I remember you.

The ones who voluntarily gave their lives to protect mine. 

When the world says we are ungrateful, I remember you.

The ones who gave their freedoms so I won’t think twice about speaking my mind. 

When America celebrates a three day weekend, I think of your families.

The ones taking an extra day of work to remember those who gave everything…. for me.
